MILAN MARINE SERVICE (MMS) was established by the Late Shri Jamal Uddin Molla who was pioneer in developing the ferry service from Raichak in South 24 Parganas to Kukrahati in East Midnapore district in West Bengal.

MILAN MARINE SERVICE (MMS) was established in 1998 as a partnership entity with the following line of business:-

• Ferry Operation.

• Construction of Launches, Pontoon & Jetty etc.

• Operating & Maintenance of Tourist & Survey vessels.

• Supply of launches for Survey, Patrolling and Mooring.

• Repair and maintenance of Launches, Pontoon, Jetty, Gangway & etc.

• Supply of trained manpower for Marine Operations.

• Navigational Buoy repairing and new construction.

The organization started with a single launch and have gradually expended to 5 launches & 2 Pontoons. It has employee strength of 120 people on its rolls apart from providing livelihood to more than 300 nos. of contract manpower

The company has been growing rapidly over the last 3 years with our primary focus on Construction of Jetties and Launches and Reconstruction and Repair of Jetty and Launches respectively.

Due to our timely execution coupled more than desired quality, we are on the verge of bagging further orders in the booming Marine Infrastructure space.

MMS is geared to scale up the operations and are expected to grow at the rate of 20%  onyear on year basis

PROFILE OF THE PROMOTERS

MMS is primarily managed by the sons of Late Shri Jamal Uddin Molla, namely Shri ABBAS UDDIN MOLLA & Shri NIZAM UDDIN MOLLA.

Shri AbbasuddinMolla -He brings with him rich experience of more than 22 years in Marine field. He is one of the founder partners of MMS. He is responsible for Operations related to supply of launches and Operating & Maintenance of Vessels.

Shri NizamuddinMolla – MBA in Finance by discipline has been associated with MMS since 2004. He has been instrumental in foraying into Construction, Repair & Maintenance of Launches, Jetties & Pontoon etc and has been spearheading this division successfully

Shrimati SAKINA KHATUN = Wife of Late Shri Jamaluddin Molla  has been the founder partner and have  been instrumental in undertaking various social work under  CSR,

The dock is being managed by Shri Palan Dakua who is having experience of more than 30 years.

TECHNICAL TEAM

MMS engages qualified Civil and Mechanical Engineers to supervise the Construction work.

Facilities.

MMS has its dry dock facilities at Noorpur which can cater to construction of more than 10 vessels at a time. They have exclusive rights to use the Raichak Jetty. The partners and the Key Managerial Persons(KMP) operate from their office at Kolkata.
